Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-ins are welcome — we'll get you in as quickly as possible. For oil changes and inspections, no appointment is usually needed.
What should I bring when I drop off my car?
Just your keys and any relevant paperwork (warranty info, previous repair records). If you have a specific concern, jot down when you notice the issue (cold starts, highway speeds, etc.) — it helps us diagnose faster.
Is there a drop-off option?
Yes! Our key drop box is available 24/7 at the front entrance. Fill out an envelope with your name, phone, and concern — we'll call you first thing in the morning.
Do you offer loaner vehicles?
For longer repairs, we can arrange a rental car at a discounted rate through our partner.
